History
Aisel Systems celebrates its 10th anniversary of doing business in May 2008. The company started as a one-woman business, working from home, in 1998 exclusively providing Zeh Plotting Software and support to the Gas and Exploration as well as oil industries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Since then we have grown from strength to strength with, not least of all, an average growth in turnover of 35% per annum over the ten year lifetime of this business. Aisel Systems currently boasts a team of 13 highly skilled professional staff members who focus exclusively on supporting our customers’ business through the supply, installation, commissioning and support of technology products.
The Management Team took control of Aisel and inject their energy and enthusiasm into the business and be of even better service to all our valued customers and business partners. The three managers W.E.Symons, K.G.Smit and P.J Pieters acquire the business 1 November 2008.
This will take the business a few steps up and benefit you in your business.

To be the preferred solutions provider in Southern Africa for the technical, Civil, Oil & Exploration, CAD and GIS marketplaces through the delivery of quality, best-of-breed products, training and superior service, to ensure that the products which our customers source from Aisel Systems, supports their business processes effectively.

Aisel Systems has always been committed to promoting empowerment and ascribes to the underlying principles of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) initiatives as the key to realizing our full potential as a company and as a business imperative. We currently hold a level 2 B-BBEE certificate (>85<100 score). This is an extremely positive development for us on the road to true transformation and empowerment.
The launch of the HP Business Institute (HPBI) and being part of the first intake of graduates is our latest milestone. It is an academy that will increase the pool of IT talent in South Africa’s majority black community. The Institute is part of HP’s commitment to a growth strategy that targets inequality in the South African economy and we are proud to be associated with this initiative.
