Demister Pad Seperator - DPS Series, Iinline Horizontal
The Artic DPS in-line separator utilises proven designs to provide high efficiency separator under a wide variety of flow conditions. The DPS uses a large surface area demister pad (replaceable & cleanable) to remove condensate & larger particles of air borne contamination from air streams. Used before inline filters it extends service life & saves money
The separator will perform under all flow conditions as the demister pad uses impact and Brownian motion to entrain and remove condensates. Access to the demister pad for cleaning or replacement is via a large body flange giving clear & total access the demister pad. The unit is provided with differential pressure gauge ports on the inlet & outlet to give a clear & accurate indication of pad contamination levels a differential pressure.
Condensate is retained within a generous sump zone and is ejected to waste by an Artic 22 timed automatic drain valve.
