Pyramid Series dryers combine the best in drying, filtering & condensate drainage in one compact treatment package.
In the Pyramid Series design, a unique system of separators and high quality coalescing filtration has been integrated into the refrigerated drying circuit, in place of the conventional separator used in refrigerated air dryer. External filtration can be eliminated.
In the new series two Pyramid Dryers on model from P75 to the P600 the dryers are fitted with Stainless Steel plate type heat exchangers. This style of heat exchanger has greater thermal transfer abilities and exceptionally low air pressure drops.

How it Works:
Using two heat exchangers the dryer progressively reduces the compressed air temperature to 3º. The drop in temperature forces water vapor into a liquid that can be drained.
The unique 810 series triple action filter removes heavy solids and oils in one casing with 2 auto drains
The air is reheated before being released to the air system
