The PCI Fieldbus Cards from Beckhoff are characterised by outstanding features. They are tailor-made for TwinCAT, the software solution for PC-compatible control technology. The power of TwinCAT comes into its own with this interface generation:- Cycle times from 100 µs are possible.
- Process data communication can either be free running, synchronised, synchronised with a delay, or equidistant.

TwinCAT I/O provides configuration tools and Windows NT/2000/XP drivers for programs in any desired high level language (DLLs) and for Visual Basic applications (ActiveX). Applications with OPC interfaces can access the cards via an OPC server.
