Welcome to the Fox Group of companies. We are a full-house, engineering group specialising in mass productions and offer services in design, manufacture and machining of high quality metal products. From concept, design, punching and metal fabrication to laser cutting and machining, we are building business bottom lines through consistency, accuracy and quality.
 

Laserfox
Laserfox, part of The Fox Group of companies, was started in 2000 after the Group recognised a demand within the engineering community for precision-engineered, laser-cut components. The company provides a selection of high-tech laser cutting services through two Trumpf Trumatic laser cutting machines. Laserfox has the ability to cut mild steel up to 20mm thick, stainless steel up to 12mm thick and aluminium up to 8mm thick. The working bed size is 1.5mx3m. The operating software used is Sigma Nest or Tru Tops Laser and drawing is prepared in Solid Works.

Trifox
Trifox operates a range of CNC machines, which uses the CNC mill turn lathes and the CNC machine centres. Geared for high volume orders and precision engineering, our Trumpf Punching machines allows Trifox to accurately and quickly mass produce metal products, which ultimately translates into lower costs for our clients.

Foxtron Engineering & Fabrication
Foxtron specialises in reverse engineering, taking a new or existing product and replicating it with improvements or cost cutting by redesigning it. Designed to offer fabrication services with skilled welders and robotic welders, Foxtron is also able to assemble the products with third party components if required.

Trolley & Castor Wholesalers
Trolley & Castor is one of only a handful of trolley and wire product manufacturers in South Africa serving the small to large retail supermarkets, liquor stores and wholesalers. Precision designed products, modelled on the latest technology and international standards are manufactured through a range of tube benders, CO2 welding machines, robotic welders, spot welders and customised wire benders. Quality and appeal is not our only goal, Trolley & Castor also ensure that all products adhere to strict environmental and safety regulations.
