AFP Filter Press
EIMCO® AFP IV™ Automated Filter Presses provide a simple, rugged and reliable solution to the special problems associated with the dewatering of mineral process slurries.

EIMCO® AFP IV™ Automated Filter Presses provide a simple, rugged and reliable solution to the special problems associated with the dewatering of mineral process slurries. Minerals filters must not only provide high through-puts and efficient solids capture, they must operate continuously in harsh environments, handling highly abrasive materials with minimal attention from operations and maintenance staff. The heavy-duty design of our filter presses has been specially adapted for minerals service with several features designed to enhance their performance in these applications. Filter presses are designed with recessed or membrane/recess plates to produce minimum cake moisture. Filter plates available in 1200, 1500, and 2000 mm square sizes.

Vertical Pressure Filters
Our Kelly® Filters are vertical or horizontal leaf pressure filters for application, generally, in work with hot corrosive or caustic liquors such as direct filtration of alumina red mud and clarification of sodium aluminate liquor.
These filters can be high or low pressure, high or low temperature, and ASME, DIN, or equivalent unfired pressure vessel certified. We also offer leaf design for high flow rates and large hydraulic capacity.

Beltpress Filters
FLSmidth Minerals offers a complete line of high-performance belt filters for sludge dewatering and thickening, backed with full-flowsheet experience and expert process engineering support.

EIMCO® HDP Beltpress Filter
This is the industry's premier beltpress filter, featuring some of the largest effective filtration area available per meter of belt width. The ultra-heavy frame provides rock solid support for all moving components, ensuring optimum service life from every bearing, roll and belt, even when operated 24-hours a day, seven days a week. All power for the belt drive, tensioning and alignment systems is provided by a single hydraulic power pack to maximize control efficiency and minimize maintenance.

EIMCO® BDP Beltpress Filter
This is arguably the most versatile Beltpress filter available for medium size plants. The horizontal gravity zone can be augmented by an independent rotary dewatering drum (also available as a stand-alone), capable of quickly removing 50 percent of the free water with no increase in the overall width, height or length of the unit.

EIMCO® MDP Beltpress Filter
The model MDP™ belt press is the perfect solution for dewatering abrasive, relatively incompressible slurries typical of mineral and aggregate processing operations. The MDP was initially designed for coal refuse and mineral tailings dewatering where severe abrasion and other factors require special design considerations. The MDP features a drainage zone that can be extended from the standard 8 foot length to 12 or 16 feet, and a 4 roll pressure section that is expandable to 6 or 8 rolls. This modularity allows the MDP to be configured for maximum efficiency -- and capital economy -- in a wide range of dewatering applications.

EIMCO Dregs ClariPress Filter
The EIMCO® Dregs ClariPress® Filter Utilizing ClariConcept™ Technology
The EIMCO® Dregs ClariPress® represents the latest advancement in Dregs disposal. Well proven automated plate and frame filter press technology is used to process the Dregs without lime mud to greater than 50% discharge solids. This means a reduction of at least 50% in the weight of material being sent to landfills.

Pressure Tube Filters
The EIMCO® Pressure Tube Filter is a cylindrical, vertical vessel of 316L stainless steel construction.
