HELI ENGINEERING (PTY) LTD is a family business which started 44 Years ago as Boilermakers and General Engineering.

HELI ENGINEERING (PTY) LTD, commenced operations as a Machine Tool Manufacturer in 1968, with an agreement to build Pearson Press Brakes and Guillotines under license in South Africa. This was followed by a similar agreement with VERRINA of ITALY.

Four years later, HELI designed and manufactured their own range of Guillotines and Press Brakes.

The Hydraulic Press Brakes are manufactured in a range from 35 Ton to 1000 Tons of pressure with bed tables from 2500mm to 6000mm and have torsion bars.

The Hydraulic Guillotines are Manufactured in a range from 7mm to 50mm over a length of 2500mm to 6000mm with a Swing Beam.

HELI is also the sole agent for MG Plate Rollers and Section Rollers and has sold over 100 Machines in the last 10 years. Heli carries a wide range of plate rollers in stock at all times.

HELI Engineering also does Gereral Engineering and Fabrication work and has been a supplier of Sulzer Bros for the last 30 years.

HELI Engineering also carries the FERRARI range of hardened and Ground Press Brake Tooling.
