Established in 1992, Holbourne Industrial Plastics and Industrial Laminates has gained an enviable reputation for supplying high quality engineering plastics, electrical insulation and flexible gasket materials, at highly competitive prices and, with short lead times.
Strategically located in South Staffordshire, we are able to distribute to all parts of the UK and, have a customer base which extends to all four corners of the globe. We are able to supply the widest range of customers, from O.E.M.’s buying in bulk, to the smaller buyer needing specific components for maintenance or development. All customers, whether large or small are treated with the same professional service and prompt response to requests for information.
To ensure that our high standards are always achieved, we operate a rigorous quality control procedure throughout the production cycle and, all supplies, whether standard stock materials or machined components can be supplied to our ISO9001:2000 approval.

Holbourne Industrial Plastics are leaders in the supply of engineering plastics along with electrical and mechanical insulation materials, together with flexible gasket and sealing products. Our aim is to supply customers with high quality products at very economical prices within the shortest possible time.
We fulfill this by holding good stocks of a wide range of materials, including Tufnol Industrial Laminates, G10/FR4 Glass Industrial Laminates, Plexiglas / Perspex Acrylic, Lexan/Makrolon Polycarbonate, Nylon, Acetal & Polyethylene.
Standard stock shapes along with machined and stamped components can be supplied from 1 off’s to millions.

 | We offer a complete range of industrial laminates either in standard stock shapes (sheet/rod/tube/angle) or fully machined. |
 | We offer a wide variety of engineering plastics including ABS, Acetal and Nylon. |
 | Whilst a large number of our laminates, thermoplastics and flexible gasket materials are used for electrical insulation, there are many products which we offer which do not fall into any of these categories. |
 | We are able to machine components such as basic sawn panels, drilled components, fabricated and stamped parts on a quick turn round basis. |
 | With the continual advancement in the manufacture of high performance plastics, more and more materials are being developed which outperform the more common engineering plastics. |
 | High impact polystyrene possesses a very wide tolerance range of forming temperatures, throughout which the polished surface is retained even after heating and bending. |
 | Pehnolic paper grades include Kite Brand SRBP, 1P/13 Brand SRBP, and Commercial SRBP. |
 | Our plastic machining service is used by all industries including: defence, aerospace, shipbuilding, electrical, engineering, rail, automotive and leisure industries. |
 | Copolymer and Homopolymer Acetal Plastics. Both grades are dimensionally stable with minimum creep resistance and absorb little moisture. Outstanding abrasion resistance. |
 | This material has excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability and anti oxidisation properties, along with good mechanical strength, creep resistance and electrical properties. |
