• Technogrid®
  The Technogrid^® is a strain energy absorption device which absorbs the kinetic, or potential energy, of a moving object by deforming a metal grid of known design and characteristics through stroke deformation of predicted value.

  The Technogrid^® is a series of multi bar units that are connected in a staggered grid shape. On impact, the grid bars will yield and deform under double curvature bending. The yielding of the bars is what allows the units to "open up" and stroke, and it is the strain hardening of the material that absorbs the impact energy.

  The Technogrids^® can absorb any impact as long as the crash/catch framework is designed to put the Technogrids^®into tension.

• levelok^®
  The levelok^® system consists of a power pack and clamps which hold a cage or skip steady during the transfer of loads. The clamps then release their grip at a controlled rate to allow the rope stretch to be taken up smoothly.

  The levelok^® system has been developed over the last thirty years and is currently being used in mines in Southern Africa, North America and Australia. During this time the safety record of levelok^® has been excellent. Ongoing improvements to the system have ensured that the system is even safer today.

  Emergency braking under slack rope conditions can easily be added into a standard levelok^® cage holding system. This is achieved by incorporating an accumulator in the system.

• Oleo Hydraulic Buffers
  Oleo Hydraulic buffers absorb all the energy of an impacting body by dissapating the energy internally and stops the impacting body with no damage whatsoever.

  The industrial buffers are sealed units and are maintanance free. They can handle many impacts on a daily basis and will typically last 10 to 15 years, under normal conditions with no maintanance required. The buffers are designed and specified according to each individual application to ensure that the buffers will absorb whatever the particular installation can throw at them.

• Oleo Sliding End Stop
  The rail end stop is intended as the final fail-safe in an end of the rail line impact. The impact energy is absorbed by friction clamps installed on the rail and the Oleo hydraulic buffer.

• Custom Made Hydraulic Presses

  The 'soft mounted' crane rail fastening system is the most common system used nowadays for securing crane rails. The reasons why the system is so successful, is that the clips are easy to install, the clips are easily adjustable (even during maintenance 10 years later) and the slight rotation of the rail which is provided by the rubber pad, prolongs the rail and crane wheel lifespan
