Our services include system verification surveys, conceptual design engineering, detailed design engineering, CAD design services, production of complete engineering documentation packages, including basis of design, system design calculations, workpacks, method statements etc.

Following completion of detailed design we supply all required equipment and materials for installation, which is undertaken by our own highly experienced installation personnel.

System air balancing and commissioning is carried out in accordance with relevant codes of practice and clients' requirements.

We also provide ad-hoc repair and planned campaign maintenance services across the full range of HVAC & Refrigeration systems.

Ventilation hygiene is becoming increasingly important from a health & safety and employee welfare perspective and our services cover all aspects from microbiological sampling & analysis through to ductwork cleaning and indoor air quality assessment and monitoring.

In addition to our services outlined above we can also, in association with our partner companies, provide 'turnkey' packages incorporating architectural design & fit out, electrical engineering, piping, plumbing, module design and fabrication, instrumentation and controls, fire & gas engineering and structural design.

Our engineering equipment supplies division, Spares Unlimited, represents a number of major manufacturers including, Carrier Marine Systems, Lindab, Isceon, Roberts Gordon, Airedale International, Air Rover, ATG-Willand, Foster Refrigerator, Hobart, York, Elta Fans, Armacell, Sauter Controls etc. We also design and supply bespoke engineering equipment for a wide range of applications.
