	JohnsonScreenex™ is the leading manufacturer of standard polyurethane screening panels, offering a wide range of aperture, panel configuration and surface features.		JohnsonScreenex offer a wide variety of Vee-wire screens (often known as wedge wire or profile wire screens) for particle separation, de-watering, classifying, and related mineral processing applications.
Poly-vibe®: reduces blinding and plugging of the screen surface		Stainless Steel And High Tensile Woven Wire
	The most persistent problem in vibratory screening has been the blinding and plugging of the screen surfaces. To reduce or eliminate this, JohnsonScreenex™ have developed screen panels using non-woven wires bound together by polyurethane strips. HDPE Pipes		Ceramics: Alumina Wear Linings
	Our HDPE pipes are manufactured to SABS ISO 4427 standards and all pipes carry the approval unless otherwise specified by the client. We offer HDPE pipes from 16mm to 650mm diameter in various classifications		Our industrial workhorse, and most frequently specified wear material is our alumina ceramic A90. It is a fine-grain, high-grade alumina made from exceptionally pure, uniformly controlled alpha aluminium oxide.

Johnson Screens® Sieve Bends		Johnson Vee Wire Flat Screens
	Johnson Screens Sieve Bends are used in static sieves for either dewatering or classification. Slurry flows by gravity over an inclined screen surface. Screen wires, which are perpendicular to flow, slice away a layer of slurry.		Fully welded Johnson Vee Wire® flat screens are used for dewatering, sizing, media recovery, and classification. Rigid flat panels are resistance welded at each wire and support rod juncture.

	Johnson centrifugal screen baskets are the strongest and most robust in the mineral processing industry. The baskets are built to exacting specifications and quality standards. There are models to suit most centrifugal dryers. Screen wires are welded to support rods at every junction to ensure strong, rigid construction.
