Training
MDA's experience and skills place it ideally to provide training in the areas of engineering and construction contracts. MDA provides a number of training courses (some of which are CPD accredited) to its clients.

Project Management Audits
MDA audit contracts to ensure implementation and management strategies have been used and are successful. Alternatively MDA will establish problem areas and present a workshop to devise and promote counter strategies to avoid problems in the future.
