MERCO INDUSTRIES are suppliers of a large range of woven wire mesh, welded wire mesh, screens and related products such as perforated plate, sieves, test sieves, filters, strainers and wire.

We keep a very large stock in sizes ranging from openings of 0,032 mm (32 micron) to openings of over 150 mm in various wire diameters. Openings up to 200 mm can be supplied. We also stock Hollander Weave in both Black Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

Wire mesh and screens with or without overhooks can be supplied in: Stainless steel, high carbon spring steel, black mild steel, galvanized mild steel, copper, brass and phosphorbronze.

Insect screening / fly screening are also supplied from stock in Aluminium, PVC-coated Fibreglass, Green Enamelled Steel, Galvanized Mild Steel, Copper, Epoxy-coated Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

We supply from stock or make to order:

• Test sieve wire mesh and screens
• Laboratory test sieves in 200 mm, 8 inch, 300 mm and 450 mm diameter, both full height and half height, to ISO standards such as ASTM E-11, BS 410, DIN and SABS 197-1971.

• Galvanized before welded and galvanized after welded mesh
• Builders sieves and sand sieves in all sizes
• Bird and chicken wire mesh netting
• Nylon and polyester mesh with openings ranging for 1 micron to 12.5 mm
• Fencing Mesh and wire - Welded fencing mesh, Galvanized Diamond mesh and Plastic Coated Diamond mesh. Galvanized and Black fencing wires in all standard diameters
• Wire - All grades of stainless steel wire up to 5 mm diameter in various tensile strengths, piano wire, thin wires supplied on spools or in coils in materials such as soft annealed plain mild steel, soft annealed galvanized mild steel, copper and aluminium

We supply screens for sand and gravel, filters and strainers, test sieves, pack-screens, filter discs, filter baskets, circles and cut-to-size pieces made to customer specifications.
