We specialise in the manufacture of NCN’s (No Catalogue Number cores) in the SG system, and Pack type construction (Cl & Cn). We can therefore offer unparalleled service on NCN’s, but we also stock popular catalogue number cores.

We can offer a wide range of extras such as EARTH MOVING RADIATORS/ SECTIONS, ALUMINIUM INTER COOLERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, OIL COOLERS, AIR CONDENSERS and FANS. Gaskets for Earth moving radiator sections are also available from us.

We have the facility to manufacture complete radiators, as well as to convert normal core types to the JOULE TUBE (removable) at reasonable prices. Another in-house service offered include the manufacture of brass radiator tanks.

The factory is part of a five building complex. We currently occupy four of the buildings and have ample space to manufacture or clean and repair any size cooling unit.

We operate a fleet of vehicles (delivery and collections) in the Gauteng and adjacent provinces. For business activities further apart we make use of courier services.
Our sales team, with many years of radiator experience behind them, will be able to assist in solving most cooling problems by offering a NCN solution. Because of our background in the industry, manufacturing expertise and versatility we are sure to satisfy any bodies “cooling” needs.
