History
Siegfried Errath, founder of Operational Marketing, identified that there was a need in the South African market for a wider supplier network in the field of industrial valves and instrumentation.
The characteristics of certain products required by the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, made them incompatible with the grease-associated robust industrial system supplied by Operational Marketing. It was therefore as a result of logical expansion and natural progression that OMSA Valves and Instrumentation was established.
Both companies are dedicated owner-driven family businesses, with a total combined personnel complement of over sixty people manning four departments. Each product is synergistically marketed. OMSA supplies Operational Marketing with certain products and components necessary for the manufacturing of total solution systems required by our customers in their respective fields of operation.
