Gantry Pallet Handling System
The chain conveyor and gantry pallet handling system consists of a 5/8" duplex chain conveyor system supplied in multiples of 15 meter lengths complete with chain tensioners and sprockets and a 1.1kW drive for each 15m length. The gantry is a rail traveling overhead crane fitted with two chain hoists and pallet grabs to lift the production pallet with product off the chain conveyor and place the pallet 8 meters on either side of the conveyor, this allows for stacking products one on top of another and is an effective and in expensive system suitable for areas with unskilled or semi skilled labour.
