P.Beulich Sheet Metal Manufacturers was established in 1976, and functioned as a Sole Proprietor with eventual registration as a (Pty) Ltd. during the year 2002.

• CNC Cutting, CNC Punching and CNC Bending.

• Operating from a total of 3600 m² of factory floor area.

• Using Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, Copper and Brass.

• Products are mostly manufactured to customer order and design specifications.

• One-Stop turn key service offered, from assistance with design to the final manufactured product.

• Strict quality control procedures, together with our effective pro-duction management software, guarantees on time delivery of all manufactured products.

• Specialise in all sheet metal related processes such as Cutting, Punching, Bending, Shearing, Spotwelding, Welding, and Stud-welding.

• Manufacturing Electronic enclosures, Control boxes, Vending machines, Hospital equipment, Heatsinks, Busbars, Brackets, etc. Catering for the Electronic, Security, Communication, Mining, Electrical and Allied industries.

• Powder coating and plating is done In-house.

• Manufacture our own range of stock boxes.

•  At P.Beulich Sheet Metal Manufacturers we ensure that our quality exceeds client expectations, we have a professional design team to assist clients with the design and development of their product.

• Using the latest Autodesk® Inventor, which is a 3D model-based mechanical design software package, 3D designs are auto-matically translated into flat "patterns" or profiles for downloading to our CNC machines
  

• Autodesk® Inventor, has created a sense of comfort and trust with our clients, as they can see on-screen 3D model from all angles of their product, while clash detection tests are carried out with the aid of animation by opening and closing a casing or ensuring that a lock or a hinge is opening smoothly.

• Should a product consist of a multiple of parts such as doors, drawers, handles, locks, hinges, wheels, etc. we will complete your assembly in order to ensure that all parts or components fit together as expected.
  

• After our assembly, Electronic, Electrical or mechanical installations are left to the client.
