Process Projects operates mainly in the chemical, mining, power, fertilizer, nuclear and pulp and paper industries. Process Projects are also strongly involved in renewable energy including biomass conversion and power generation.

With 18 chemical engineers, Process Projects’ main strength is process engineering. In our history we have built over 120 chemical plants of various types ranging from evaporators and crystallisers to chlor alkali and polymer plants, to distillation and drying plants; from effluent treatment plants to food plants requiring CIP systems. We are currently busy with the design of a nuclear fuel plant.

Process Projects also has a highly developed project management system developed over decades of project execution. Combined with experienced project managers and support staff, projects are executed with a high degree of control. This reduces project risk when carrying out projects for clients on an EPCM basis. Typically, projects up to R1bn can be executed with this infrastructure.

Feasibility Study		Construction Management
	We carry out feasibility study and costing exercises for clients that enables our clients to develop a capital cost budget suitable for funding applications.		We have a Construction Management System that is used to run all site activities. Sites are operated under the Health and Safety Programme and Management System of the company and any contractual requirements of the client.
Project Management and Project Services		Quality and Safety
	Our project systems are able to handle a variety of projects and types.		We have an ISO 9001 quality management system in place and are ISO 9001:2000 accredited by the SABS.
