Established in 1989, Rand Instruments today is a leading turnkey supplier of process analyser systems and shelters to the petrochemical industry in South Africa.
In-house disciplines include:
Design, Manufacture, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning thru to Site Acceptance, including drawing and documentation service.
Our combined in-house experience totals more than 48 years. Apart from permanent staff members, Representatives and Sub-contractors supplement our service to our customers.
We are geared to provide the expertise demanded by our industry by the exacting disciplines of each of the industries in the South African and foreign markets.
At Rand Instruments, major emphasis is placed on design as a primary management activity. From small panel-mounted sample conditioning to large analyser and general instrument houses (shelters) with air conditioning for use in hazardous areas. We assess the project specification and it’s duty requirements in liaison with the customer, and a well-planned and co-ordinated program is initiated to ensure the project progresses smoothly with the least time and cost wastage, without sacrificing the most stringent international criteria.
In our environment, maintaining a Quality management System for manufacturing procedures to ISO 9001:2000 Code of Practice is an essential corporate discipline.
