PTFE Diaphragms

Pump OEMs seem to raise their prices every year. 5% here. 10% there. Since 1999 Rebound Products with its discounted product has been a consistent place to come for high quality, low cost aftermarket PTFE diaphragms.

Yamada

Rebound continues to excel in the design and manufacture or PTFE pump diaphragms with its complete line of Yamada Pump diaphragms. The 2” and 3” Yamada diaphragms are not offered by everyone the aftermarket. Rebound has made the investment and has the dedication to keep these items in stock. From ½” to 3” pumps, Rebound Products offers its adaptation of these hardy diaphragms. Rebound’s Yamada diaphragms are offered at a full 25% off the OEM list price to end use customers. Any item out of stock generally carries a 2 week delivery. That’s 2 weeks from order placement.

Versa-Matic

Versa-Matic has a bolted style 1” pump. This pump is unique to its clamp-style line of pump. This diaphragm is not interchangeable with any other 1” pump that we know. Rebound Products makes and keeps the V-183-TF diaphragm in stock. The 2” Versa-Matic PTFE diaphragm (R-V-227-TF) has a distinctive design with its ribbed outer seat (flange) area. Rebound offers this unique diaphragm at its standard 25% off the OEM list price.

With a close, even identical dimension to Wilden Pump diaphragms, Rebound offers all sizes of Versa-matic style, un-ribbed PTFE diaphragm. Rebound’s Versa-matic style diaphragms are interchangeable with Wilden Pump diaphragms. Rebound offers either or both. Here an interesting opportunity presents itself; Versa-matic customers can use a Rebound ribbed diaphragm in their ½”, 1-1/2”, 2” and 3” pumps. This has proven to be a cost effective way for Versa-Matic pump users to increase their pumps life and efficiency, especially in 3” inlet/outlet pumps. Rebound has replaced the V-305-TF with a R-15-1010-55 PTFE diaphragm and the customer has returned several times over the years for replacement pump parts.

The opposite also applies; the Wilden pump user can use a high quality, low cost un-ribbed Rebound diaphragm. This opportunity has presented itself on at least one specific occasion and the customer has made a permanent change in his diaphragm for his 1-1/2” Wilden pump.

Ask about our special pricing on Versa-Matic style un-ribbed diaphragms. RPI carries an excellent stock on (R-V224-TF) 2” PTFE diaphragms.

ARO

Rebound offers all sizes of ARO PTFE diaphragms. From ½” to 3”, Rebound carries stock on ARO. In the recent years, ARO has improved on the design of their larger pump diaphragms. The 2” diaphragm takes the shape of an octagon. Rebound has it. These diaphragms are perennial guests on our year end blow out sale. Discounts up to 50% off our everyday low prices are offered. The catch; Rebound must receive funding before December 25th of the event year. Ask about the yearend sales beginning in October.

Warren Rupp

Rebound has a full complement of PTFE diaphragms to fit the Sandpiper line of Warren Rupp pump. When we say full complement, we mean PTFE diaphragms that fit all sizes of pump. from ½” to 4” Rebound Products has it. Rebound has used its reverse engineering acumen to recreate the 286-075-600 PTFE diaphragm. This difficult to produce diaphragm is offered at 25% OEM list prices and Rebound Products carries this item in stock for immediate delivery.

Crossovers

There are several pumps whose diaphragms can be used interchangeably. We have already identified the similarities in Versa-Matic and Wilden and there is at least one other diaphragm will fit both Warren Rupp and ARO pump; The ARO 93459-4 and the Warren Rupp 286-015-604. These diaphragms are identical. Ask for special pricing when calling for any one of these two diaphragms. These diaphragms are “unmarked” for easier interchangeability.

Guarantee

Rebound guarantees that our diaphragms will fit your pump and will cost less. As we are not in control of the application or media being pumped, Rebound Products does not guarantee diaphragm life. However, from the beginning, these diaphragms were tested in standard conditions and have run as long as or longer than OEM counterparts.
