Belt tensioning winches
Installations with changing belt lengths require the belt tension to be monitored and corrected irrespective of length, load and condition.
Winches with different performance parameters are available for this purpose.
The mechanical structure of the winches is designed for a nominal belt pretension of 50 kN.
Control of the winch motor is provided via a switching station with stored program control which allows to set the parameters (gradient, number, location and type of drives, capacity) according to the belt conditions.
This feature ensures optimum operation ensuring that the belt is treated with care and belt tension minimized.
