Thermocouples

A range of locally designed and manufactured Thermocouple sensors in most common calibration types. The Thermocouples are designed to suit customer applications and offer temperature measurement ranges from –200~+1700’C.

PT100 Resistance Temperature Detectors

Resistance Temperature Detectors are an accurate alternative to Thermocouples when utilised at temperatures from –200~+500’C. These units are locally designed and manufactured to suit customer applications.

Thermowells

Thermowells are used to protect Thermocouples and Resistance Temperature Detectors from aggressive mediums and harsh applications. When a Thermowell is fitted sensors can be withdrawn from the Thermowell without reducing the integrity of the complete system or the need to drain all mediums from the system.

Compensating Cable

Compensating and extension cable is manufactured from alloy materials with similar characteristics to the Thermocouples themselves, thus helping to prevent a loss of mV transmission from the Thermocouple to the receiving instrument.

Thermocouple Connectors

Quick connect plugs and sockets are used to join thermocouple compensating and extension cables and the pins are manufactured from alloys compatible with the thermocouple type to help prevent losses or errors in the mV transmission from the thermocouples to the receiving instruments.

Temperature Indicators

RKC offer a range of multi-function digital process indicators with a large 20 mm LED display. These versatile units can have a variety of different functions added to the basic display, such as alarms (up to 4 alarm output relays can be fitted) analogue retransmission of data for remote logging or monitoring, serial communications RS485 for interface with remote monitoring and control equipment.

Temperature Recorders
