Vaal Steam supplies quality Drill Pipe and cutting edge equipment. All the joints are inspected and the pipe body undergoes detailed inspection. The welding between the pipes and tool joints is accomplished with a Friction Welding machine, which with the latest computer technology is swift and steady. The weld zone is quenched and tempered through an induction process which is computer controlled in real time.
Vaal Steam Supplies can supply pipe joints manufactured from integral steel. To increase the abrasion resistance and erosion resistance of pipe products in drilling operation, Vaal Steam can provide wear resistant banding and internal coating for pipes. Our qualified technicians can weld banding on the internal joint diameter of the drill pipe and an 18° shoulder according the API standard or your requirement.
Polyethylene pipe is an extremely economic product as it has been proved to not only have superior and physical properties, but also strong chemical resistance.
Vaal Steam have developed new types of fittings including the compression and butt weld type fittings, these help us to easily perfect the installation of the piping system in any waterworks or irrigation project.
