Verderair FDA hygienic air operated diaphragm pumps
The Verderair FDA pumps are completely redesigned recently, resulting in a complete new series of FDA diaphragm pumps. These pumps are specifically designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
The use of 316 stainless steel for both the housing and center section makes this pump unique. This pump ideal food-related applications requiring maximum portability.
Verderair 3A, SB, SF hygienic air operated diaphragm pumps
Verderair pumps series quick knock down diaphragm pumps in process or sanitary (milk / dairy) excecution.
These 3A-pumps have the highest capacity (565 l/min) of any air operated diaphragm pump certified by 3A. This range meets the stringent sanitation requirements of the milk / dairy industry. Mounted on a floor stand and equipped with a leak detector, the 3A can be rotated 185 degrees to drain any excess sanitation chemicals used in CIP process.
If leak detection is not required the SB-series offer the right solution.
For materials and fluid streams containing large solids or chunks, which clog a ball-designed pump or are damaged by the pumping action. The Verderair SF pumps easily pump larger solids and will pass up to 63.5 mm solids without crushing or damaging the product.
VA Almatec Biocor hygienic air operated diaphragm pumps
The pump series Biocor is especially designed for sterile applications within the pharmaceutical, biotechnical and food industry. The air-operated diaphragm pumps are EHEDG certificated and ATEX conform according to 94/9/EG directive. Biocor pumps with a material combination of PTFE (diaphragms, ball valves, O-rings) equipped with a diaphragm monitoring are 3-A approved. The special design with the integrated cleaning-system enables the CIP (clean in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) capability.
Always a demand for sterile applications: all housing parts of the BIOCOR pumps show no horizontal areas. Each pump comes with four ball lifting magnets, which can be attached to the pump housing from the outside at the location of the four ball valves. The ball valves are risen up magnetically out of their seats and the pump is drained entirely without having to be dismounted. There are no mechanical ball lifters with parts and seals in the wetted area.
