These modified epoxy resin linings containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads to provide an abrasion resistant surface designed to withstand moderate impact and wear. Wearcon offers the following abrasion and impact resistant epoxy ceramic and other epoxy resin products.

WEARCOAT "T"

An epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads that is applied to the surface, with a trowel or by hand.

WEARCOAT "TL"

Wearcoat TL is a very tough epoxy ceramic lining used in pump casings, pipes ,chutes etc , where wear is caused by larger particles.

WEARCOAT "B"

An epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads that is applied to the surface with a brush giving a tough, high gloss surface, which eliminates sticking and turbulence, but will withstand severe cavitation, tough abrasion and corrosion.

WEARBACK

Crusher backing used in cone crushers , gyratory and primary crushers.

WEAR AND IMPACT GRID

The impact grid has very high impact and wear resistent properties. Tests have proven the impact grid performs 7 to 10 times longer than similar applications.
