WEARCON are manufactures and applicators of new innovative wear resistant products specifically designed to offer the maximum impact and abrasion protection.

These modified epoxy resin linings containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads to provide an abrasion resistant surface designed to withstand moderate impact and wear. WEARCON offers the following abrasion and impact resistant epoxy ceramic and other epoxy resin products.

WEARCOAT "TP" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads to withstand severe cavitation, tough abrasion and moderate impact. APPLICATION: Lining of pipe bends, slurry lines, pump casing, cyclones, conveyor pulleys, chutes, hoppers, launders and feeder boxes etc.

WEARCOAT "TW" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system containing sapphire hard alumina ceramic beads. APPLICATION: Lining of Conveyor Pulleys.

WEARCOAT "AD" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system formulated to withstand severe cavitation, tough abrasion and moderate impact. APPLICATION: Lining of pipe bends, slurry lines, pump casing, cyclones, conveyor pulleys, chutes, hoppers, launders and feeder boxes etc.

WEARCOAT "FP" is a 100% solids modified flame proof epoxy ceramic resin primarily used for the application on conveyor pulleys and equipment underground.

WEARCOAT "PO" is a paintable wearing compound especially formulated to withstand severe cavitation and tough abrasion. APPLICATION: Agitator blades, bucket elevators, coal feeders, cyclones, launders, ducting fans, distribution tank, fan casing, feeder boxes, flotation cells, hoppers, impellers, pipes and pipe bends.

WEARBACK "HI" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system formulated as a superior backing compound for large cone crushers and gyratory crushers - when cured it provides a high compressive strength support for wear liners.

WEARBACK "STD" is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin backing material, especially formulated for the use in all type of cone crushers, grinding mills, primary, gyratory crushers and any other heavy machinery that requires backing material - this product is a non-flammable material and requires no special mixing or melting equipment.

WEARPOX "FC" is a 100% solids modified epoxy grout formulated for fast and easy pouring from 5mm to 25mm. APPLICATION: Metal anchor bolts to concrete, shim pads air pads, Crushers, grind mills, engines presses etc…

WEARPOX "DF" is a 100% solids modified epoxy grout formulated for fast and easy pouring up to 150mm. Due to the fluid consistency of the product, it flows well under rails, structural columns etc. Withstands high torque loading and vibration. Bonds to steel, concrete and can withstand temperature up to 75°C.

WEARCON "STEEL PUTTY" is a steel reinforced epoxy putty, used for permanent repairs on steel, glass ceramics and more. Bonds like epoxy, hardens like steel. Designed for serious repairs, anywhere and at anytime. WEARCON "STEEL PUTTY" can be ready for Drill, tap, machine etc after 1 hour of application.

WEARCON "IMPACT GRID" has very high impact and wear resistant properties. Tests have proven the WEARCON "IMPACT GRID" performs 7 to 10 times longer than similar applications. Easy to install with minimum down time. APPLICATION: Chutes, hoppers, underflow pans, etc......
