The PythonX Robotic Structural Fabrication System is a Beam Drill Line and Coping machine which automates all structural fabrication processes on one machine.

The PythonX was designed to replace a conventional beam drill line or beam line with a band saw for fabrication of structural steel. The PythyonX uses the latest in robot and plasma technology to fabricate structural beams, channels, HSS, Angle and Strip Plate all on one machine. The PythonX can produce bolt holes approved for structural joints, coping, slots, cutouts, cut to length, miter cut, produce T-Beams, and scribe layout marks and lablel using one robotic plasma torch all in one place eliminating countless hours of material handling in between operations. Because everything is in done on one machine, you save valuable shop space and only need one operator.
