Cage Gear & Machine specializes in custom manufacturing large, course pitch gearing up to 180" in diameter and weighing up to 20,000 lbs. Large spur gears. Large helical gears. Large worm gears. Large sprockets. Ring gears. Split gears and more.
We hob large gears up to 1 DP (3" CP) and can single index cut large gears up to .75 DP.
We also offer general manual machining services including turning up to 128" diameter, large floor milling, shaft turning up to 50" diameter X 204" long, keyway cutting and more. We are continuously adding new machines and capabilities in order to meet more of our customer's requirements.
