PSMotion sells software that lets you easily and precisely model and animate your machine designs, including cams, any mechanism, gears, belts, springs, servo-motors, etc. The "best-in-class" MotionDesigner editor lets you exactly plan all the motions of your machine components, allowing you to design the motion exactly where you need it - at the tooling. MechDesigner will then perform the inverse kinematics to derive precise cam or servo-motor profiles. DXF cad drawings can be loaded onto all parts in the model so you can represent your machine exactly. The animation will run at any-speed, slow motion, or can be stepped through.
We also provide a design service for packaging machine design improvement or upgrade; and a machine motion measurement service using state of the art measurement tools: high speed video, CMM, and machine motion data acquisition and analysis kit.
