Established in 1958, China Tianjin Chemical Engineering Designing Institute(CTCE) has design qualifications of Class A in chemical industry and architecture, Class B in pharmaceutical, civil, petro-chemical and municipal engineering authorized by the Ministry of Construction of People¡¯s Republic of China, and it is also qualified for designs of Class I,II,III pressure vessels authorized by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of People¡¯s Republic of China. In 1993, CTCE was granted, in view of its excellent achievements in engineering design, of Class A qualification in general contracting of projects on the basis of EPC, and engineering supervision qualification, by the Ministry of Construction of People¡¯s Republic of China. And in 1997, CTCE became a formal member of China Association of International Consultants, enjoying the independent import and export rights, authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations & Trade of People¡¯s Republic of China, in technology transfer, materials and technical labor.
CTCE, with magnificent technology and full specialized trades, has sixteen specialities ranging from Equipment, Process, Electricity, Structural, Architecture, Piping, Heating & Ventilation, Instrumentation, Water Supply & Sewage, Cost Estimate, Pharmaceutical, Outdoor Piping, General Machinery, Economic Analysis, Industrial Furnace, and Heat Supply. CTCE was certified by China Great Wall (Tianjin) Quality Assurance Center of quality in conformity with GB/T 19001-1994-ISO 9001:1994 Standard.
CTCE is equipped with lots of computer software such as APOLLO, ASPEN, 3-D Piping and auto-CAD system, etc. All drawings can be auto-CAD designed.
Since 1958,CTCE has undertaken over thousands of project designs, supervision and general contracting in large, medium, and small sizes in the fields of oil refining, chemical industry, dyestuff, pharmaceutical, food industry, erection and construction of piping and environmental protection.
International technology exchange and cooperation is an important approach for raising the technological level of CTCE. CTCE has carried out many projects with the scope of governmental cooperation, established good relationship with foreign companies in U.S.A, France, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, the United kingdom, Thailand, Singapore and other countries for years. CTCE has taken over cooperation designs with lots of foreign companies such as P&G, LG, Akzo Nobel, AgrEvo, Henkel, Clariant Lonza, and so on.The completed international projects,some of which are EPC on basis, all meet the customer's needs. According to the requirements and practical conditions of various countries, we can provide services ranging from technical transfer, export of equipment and materials, and labor if necessary, buyer¡¯s credit as a way of financing, etc, based on the universal practice of an international engineering company.
