We believe that by properly designing, specifying and the letting of Tenders, that the Client can achieve cost competitive Electrical & Mechanical services as opposed to turnkey projects. Additionally the Principal Agent through the electrical Engineer runs the installations as sub contracts with full control. We therefore carry out the following :-

b) document the design for tender purposes
