EEI provides services in two disciplines: 1) Environmental consulting and engineering services related to investigating and mitigating chemical releases (fuels, solvents, heavy metals) to soil and groundwater; 2) Geotechnical investigation, testing, and grading control for retail, industrial, commercial and residential developments. Services are provided in the Western U.S., from Denver to Seattle to San Diego. Typical clients include large national retailers (Lowe's, Wal Mart Costco, Albertsons), Developers (Kilroy, Bergman, PASSCO, Urban Pacific), municipalities (County of Orange, Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Capital Redevelopment Agency), to large landowners and residential developers (Rancho Mission Viejo Company, Lennar, KB Homes).
