G.S.F. Plastics (est. 1971) is a custom manufacture of engineered plastics and close tolerance machined parts. CNC Lathe and Mills are used to manufacture to customer drawings in both high and low volume, G.S. F Plastics fabricates custom precision parts from a variety of plastics including PTFE and compounds, PEEK blends, Nylon, Acetal, and others. GSF compression molds PTFE in diameters to 45". PEEK and PEEK compounds are also compression molded to 40" OD. Tubes of Injection molded PEEK blens are available in OD's to 13.00" with custom cross sections.
