At Heathcote Engineering we have a Takisawa TC3 lathe (4000 hrs)and a Eumach MC800P machining centre (1300 hrs), both owned from new. We specialise in the machining of grey iron castings, aluminium and bronze castings. We do not machine hard metals or large shafts) Quantities from 200 to 500 off.

We employ a programmer, and two setter/operators and admin staff. Most of our customers have been with us since we first started up in 1990. A lot our work has been destined for export by our customers, 80% of which are ISO 9000 certified.
