R & J Tool specializes in sharpening indexable carbide and ceramic inserts. We offer a complete remanufacturing process which provides ground, honed, and lapped cutting edges. The clamping height and inscribed circle are not reduced. No special holders, shims or seats are required. The application of coatings and customized geometries allows a remanufactured insert to perform at 100% or more compared to the new insert.
