Our primary EDA tool is Mentor Graphics Expedition PCB which allows us to take schematics and netlists from a wide range of systems and design circuit boards from single-sided to highly complex multilayer using double sided SMT. We also have broad experience of using the latest in packaging technologies such as uBGA's, BGA's and CSP's.
