Semane Railway Consultants (Pty) Ltd. is an independent and owner-managed South African railway engineering and consulting company. Shareholding is 74% by the owners and 26% by Semane Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. a black economic empowerment company. Semane Railway Consultants started operations on the 2nd October 2000 and are successfully expanding their client base.
The board of Semane Railway Consultants comprises four directors. Executive directors are Joel Mokgohlwa (Chairman), Gavin Higgs (Managing) and Eugene Annandale (Operations). Neville Graham is a non-executive director.
