We do high pressure die-casting, CNC precision & gang machining, finishing, powder coating, anodising and assembly on assembly lines.

We have a well-equiped tool room situated at Mumbai equipped to manufacture tools for pressure die casting and Jigs and fixtures .

Sumangal supplies daily up to 30,000 diecasted and machined aluminum components directly to Bajaj Auto's assembly lines. We also export our components to Europe. Presently, we produce a total of about 60 Tons of castings per month. We follow the current trends of JIT (Just in Time), Lean Manufacturing Quality Management and Kaizen.
