1 THE COMPANY

UNITECH is a Brazilian engineering company, based in Belo Horizonte - state of Minas Gerais. Its main purpose is providing quality engineering and design services for the construction, remodeling and modernization of industrial plants.

It is our mission to continuously keep level with the latest achievements of technology and management tools, in order to provide our customers with the best engineering solutions and to fulfill our employees' and shareholders' goals.

The Company was formed in 1991 by a group of engineers with a vast experience acquired as a result of their participation in the development of great projects for the Brazilian steel and mining industry during the preceding two decades. These engineers have ever since constituted the board of directors of the Company. As shareholders of the company and engineers directly involved in the performing of the services, they care for the quality of the work with vested interest.

UNITECH has since its foundation expanded its staff and diversified its range of services, to measure up to the growing demand from the most important Brazilian steel and mining companies in their present process of expansion and modernization.

During these years UNITECH has consolidated its position in the market, building a reputation acknowledged by a number of leading companies of various industrial sectors in our region.

Conversion of Foreign Drawings to Brazilian Standards
· Language translation and modification of items aiming their adaptation of items to be fabricated or supplied in Brazil, in drawings made by foreign suppliers.
