The success of the website in South Africa has been impressive and now EngNet have come to Yorkshire, homing in on the industry of the North of England. Mimika Cooney explained why they had chosen York for their base, “While we were deciding to come to England, I researched areas in the North and was impressed by the information available on the internet at
www.york-england.com. York certainly seems well-organised for helping a company get started in a new environment.”
Dave Taylor, Marketing Manager of York Inward Investment Board, said, “EngNet are a fine example of how technologies in the new economy can work for the benefit of existing industries. We welcome EngNet to York and hope that their business prospers and provides an advantage to engineering companies in the area too.”
