EngNet exhibited at the Electra Mining Africa 2004, the second largest mining show in the world. "It was great to physically meet with some of our 250,000 regular monthly visitors to our website, and receive positive feedback on how our service is helping them people source and communicate with suppliers" said Michael Cooney, founder of the EngNet engineering directory and search engine which now serves a global engineering industry, where people in the engineering industry can find equipment and suppliers easily."

Adrian Cooney, EngNet South Africa MD added that "EngNet was started in South Africa and even though we serve a global market, we are focusing on rapid growth within South Africa in the coming months and years, the Mining sector is big user of our service and we would like to see more engineers and miners using our service to source equipment more effectively." Adrian concludes "The show has been a tremendous success, and our initial objectives have been met, but we do expect to see even further benefits from this exhibition for many months to come. Thank you to all of you who took the time out to come and say hi and meet our dynamic team. It is always fantastic to hear from the market place how EngNet has benefited them."
