EngNet South Africa Appoints New Managing Director

Adrian Cooney has been appointed as the Managing Director for the EngNet South Africa office. "South Africa is where EngNet began in March 1999, and South Africa to us is an important market, we are focussed on delivering an effective service for people in the engineering industry who needs to source equipment and suppliers within the engineering market place." said Michael Cooney, the founder of EngNet. "EngNet now has 3 hubs, we are focussing on South Africa, UK and USA, but the South African office will become where most of the administration work is carried out. We have a team of dedicated people which Adrian will be heading up and adding to, ensuring that our users and the companies listed on our service receive the best possible service."
Adrian has proven engineering experience within the Mining and Water engineering fields, his broad knowledge of all Engineering Disciplines from project engineering, will certainly assist in his position to run and manage EngNet. Leaving his position as Engineering Manager for Biwater South Africa He has excellent knowledge of the various market pressures that our client base have, locally and abroad. We are positive that Adrians' experience and contributions to EngNet will make our service run more efficiently, with more suppliers receiving orders through our service as we focus on helping the Engineers find suppliers.
