The two lines produce the majority of new garage doors and include a pre-pierce line from coil with five punch stations, transfer conveyor system and a 32 pass roll former to produce the chassis (frame) of the garage door. The chassis section is a complex closed box profile with mitred edges at 45 degrees which must be very accurate to accept a cast corner piece to produce the frame of the door. The second line includes a unique rotating duplex roll former which is controlled by servos for width and rotates to produce either a left hand, a right hand or centre spacer panel which fits into the chassis assembly.
