This is to inform you all ‘ ELGI Encap’ series was launched in INTEC 2012 at Coimbatore…’Encap’ – Encapsulated air end is indigenously developed by ELGI and all ‘Essentials Encapsulated’.
Please find key FEATURES below:
- Range in Kw – 2.2 to 15.
- CFM – 7.5 to 73.
- Pr.(bar) - 7-12 bar.
- Noise Level DbA – 61-68.
- Options:
- Base model.
- Tank mounted (2.2-5.5 Kw on 220 ltrs. 7.5 -15 Kw on 270 ltrs).
- Tank with suitable stand alone drier mounted.
While we have launched 2.2-5.5 Kw as first phase, rest of the range will follow as they are under final stage.
Product positioning would be as under:
- This is a premium product in Piston compressor segment.
- Cost effective solution over our existing Tank mounted belt drive screw range…TMC will slowly get phased out.
- Right offering to 11 & 15 Kw in ‘Horizon’ rotary screw series for cost conscious customer segment.
