New luggage compartment handles and latches from EMKA

EMKA’s new range of commercial vehicle components includes these luggage compartment handles commonly used on the side/underside of coaches and other passenger vehicles, also on engine covers.
Solid handle and open types are available with hand hole – they are supplied non-locking with option to fit a snap-in lock barrel with industry standard 8888 key or a choice of 50 variants. These EMKA handles are of rugged design with gasket sealed against ingress of water and road dirt and are available with a latch and rod lock system for remote manual operation. In addition both pneumatic and electrical latch operation is possible if a rod system is impractical or not preferred. Latch striker plates are available to match, so completing the installation.
