  • 5th Generation low loss planar IGBT
  • Designed for three phase DC/AC power conversion
  • Ultra-small transfer molded package (38 x 24mm)
  • Low thermal resistance
  • Completely lead-free technology
  • For P-side IGBTs:
    • Drive circuit
    • High voltage level shift ciruit
    • Control supply under voltage {UV) lockout circuit (without fault signal output)
  • For N-side IGBTs:
    • Drive circuit
    • Short circuit (SC) protection circuit (by using external shunt resistor)
    • Control supply under voltage(UV)lockout circuit (with signal output)
  • IGBT Drive Supply
    • Single DC 15V power supply
  • Control Input interface
    • Schmitt-triggered 3V, 5V input compatible, high active logic
  • Open emitter topology available
  • 3A to 20A / 600V as short pin, long in and zigzag pin types
