Spraying Systems has introduced a series of spraying nozzles for car washing tasks including pre-soak, wash, rinse, wax, final rinse and self-serve operations.

The spraying nozzles comprising flat, full cone, solid stream and self-aspirating designs can provide operational expense savings for carwash operations, not only in terms of water savings but in preventing the use of excess chemicals and reagents.

Economies occur through designs such as Spraying System’s FoamJet self-aspirating nozzle for the application of detergents without the need for compressed air. The FoamJet nozzle provides medium to medium fine foam, which remains on the vehicle for longer times.

Other nozzles, such as the FullJet and WashJet provide full cone spray patterns with good covering area, and high impact solid streams for the effective cleaning of grills, rocker panels and wheel wells.
