International Fluid Power Exhibition (IFPEX)

Europower Group exhibited at the International Fluid Power Exhibition (IFPEX) at the NEC, Birmingham from the 22nd – 24th April. This gave us the opportunity to present the capabilities of the Europower Group together with the full range of products.
Particular Focus was put on the TL threadless programme, this included displaying a small excavator fully equipped with TL to demonstrate its capabilities.
In addition TL was demonstrated on a current cooler application. The advantages of the TL system were also shown in a specially machined block, this showed traditional threaded connectors, along with various TL options leading ultimately to TL ‘direct to port’ – thus eliminating port adaptors.
TL male ends formed from rigid tube were also on display. This demonstrated that TL can be used to connect from rigid tube to flexible hose without the need for adaptors and/or brazing operations.
The exhibition attracted worldwide visitors and influential people from both the OEM and Distribution sectors.
The company received numerous enquiries for conventional hose and fittings business, in additional to several potential opportunities for the TL product.
