MinVee™ Miniature Slide System with High Load Capability

July 1, 2005 – Pittsburg, CA – Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation announced today the introduction of the MinVee™ linear slide system built on the tried and true DualVee® Guide Wheel Technology. MinVee™ is a low profile, miniature slide system with high load capabilities that is ideal for laboratory, medical, semi-conductor and packaging applications.

With axial load capacity up to 121 lbs. and speeds up to 5 meters per second, the MinVee™ slide system consists of a 4 wheel carriage riding a long life, double edge hardened steel track. The size 0, half-inch wide track features the BishopWisecarver self aligning patented mounting shoulder which reduces installation time and cost.

The 4 wheel carriage features the new (patent pending) integral bushing and stud shaft wheels which are available in steel or polymer. These new integral wheel designs provide less deflection than conventional wheels with bushings and features over-sized fasteners for increased mounting torque capability. External equipment is easily attached to the 2 x 2 inch carriage plate through the four (4) M4 mounting holes.
