TCE Vacuum Centrifugal Casting Machines

Topcast TCE - centrifugal casting machines are able to vacuum cast a wide number of different metal alloys, including platinum, palladium, nickel, gold, silver, steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and titanium.

Melting and casting can be made under vacuum or inert atmosphere.

Fast speed: 5 minutes for a complete melting/casting cycle.

Availability of application-specific crucibles and investments.

Maximum working temperature: 2000°C.

Fully programmable - 100 user programs for setting temperatures, pressure / vacuum level, timings, power rate.
