A young vibrant company started in 2001. Two individuals by the names of Jay Jay Viljoen and Soulby Jackson started the company out of their home’s garage in Johannesburg. Not knowing what they can and what they would be making of it, it soon became their lively hood and a great success. In the very next year, Air Connected moved to its new location in Strijdom Park Randburg, one of the business hubs of Johannesburg. In 2003 Air Connected signed a contract with Shell SA to become on e of its Gauteng based distributors on oil and lubricants. The business suddenly went form strength to strength. In 2005, after a steady growth over the years, the company was up for sale. Two young individuals saw even greater opportunity with Air Connected and gave up their day jobs and scraped money together to by Air Connected late in 2005.
